Enrollment and Orientation

Intake includes an assessment and enrollment.

Intakes take place on either Tuesdays or Thursdays in person, by appointment only.

Information about your referral source must be provided when making your appointment.

Assessment

The purpose of the assessment is to understand the reason for your referral. 

Documentation regarding your referral will be requested, such as any arrest reports, court orders, case plans, etc. Please remember to bring a photo id.

Enrollment

Enrollment includes reading and understanding the program policies, choosing a class day and time, as well as signing the participation contract.

Referral source will be notified of your enrollment date.

Orientation

Orientation must be completed before starting classes. 

Orientation is a 1 hour, in person class that will review the curriculum and class rules, available every other week only after intake is completed. 

Date of orientation will be determined at enrollment.
