Enrollment and Orientation

Intake includes an assessment and enrollment. 

Enrollment

Enrollment includes signing the participation contract and notification to your referral source.

Enrollments are done every other Tuesdays at 3pm by appointment only.

Orientation

Orientation must be completed before starting classes.

Orientation is a 1 hour class and available every other Tuesday after enrollment is completed.
